located about 30km North West of Melbourne's Central Business District
along the Calder Freeway.
The small township is currently home to
approximately 2,200 residents.
Diggers Rest now forms part of the
new expanded Sunbury Urban Growth Boundary which
is considered to be
one of Melbourne's next major growth corridors.
